It does look like her. Internet sleuths don’t always get that right though, so should probably take with a grain of salt unless there’s more info to confirm it (like time and place). If it is her, obviously that would be highly problematic to her credibility.
Why isn't she automatically disqualified? The judge in the disney suit had to recuse over something much less
Every now and then, someone on Fox breaks the 4th wall and says something truthful and damaging to Trump. Then they quickly cut to commercial.
Read it https://www.politico.com/f/?id=00000188-a12f-db74-ab98-b3ff4de50000 He’s toast? Revealing documents that are so sensitive they redacted the titles. Sharing military attack plans with random ppl And pretty please stick with the topic. No JB HRC RD
I’m hoping it sticks because I don’t want trump to win the nomination. I do think the fact that Comey said it’s not a prosecutable. So I think trump will get off on that one unfortunately. My hope of him going away won’t come to fruition most likely.
PD, my man... I had no idea you were a Constitutional lawyer... Way to go. But here's what another Constitutional lawyer thinks about this whole NOTHING BURGER..
Underreported nugget from this indictment: Trump’s own staff thinks he’s bat-shit crazy. One of the text messages refers to them as his “beautiful mind papers”
It should be easy to get the judge changed. She was assigned simply because she worked on the case during the investigation. An agnostic protocol that did not take into effect that she is a Trump loyalist with several questionable rulings in republicans' favor, and was utterly eviscerated by the appellate court for trying to interfere in the documents investigation in Trump's favor. First they'll ask Florida to ask her to recuse herself. Unless she gets good advice that she listens to, she'll refuse to. Then they will file a motion to have the judge changed. Should be an easy approval. She's only a half step away from naming Don Jr to preside.
We pretty well knew that from his presidency. Lots of anecdotes about people “ignoring” Trumps illegal orders. Rumors of post-election 25th amendment discussion ended up being confirmed by Cassidy Hutchison testimony. Everyone must know he’s batshit crazy. But they can’t quit him.
There’s a market for people to tell you what you want to hear. But I know a whole lot of lawyers, including a lot that are big Trump fans, and I’ve yet to encounter a single one who thinks this is a nothing burger. Even ones (including me) who were a bit skeptical of this investigation before reading the indictment. Even Trump doesn’t believe he’s supposed to have all of these documents - they apparently have him on a recording saying he isn’t supposed to have them because he’s dumb enough to show them to an author conducting a recorded interview with him. And the allegations surrounding the obstruction and false statement charges are damning.
I'm sure you have many Lawyer friends, Ben. I just don't believe they are looking at the Constitutional precedence of such an indictment/case when they see these charges filed by this DOJ... and how many presidents in the past have been able to take personal records with them after they leave office?
Also, they were probably put there by Antifa. Yeah, if you are left with the Judicial Watch guy as the guy that actually wants to defend this nonsense, you are in trouble.
