I didn't ask what the headlines you found from Googling say. I asked if you know what the charges are.

Any documents they charged him with, they had to be willing to disclose in court. What I want to know is the number of other things that they couldn’t charge because they wouldn’t disclose it.

"Mishandling" is doing a lot of work in this very stupid post.

Trump took the documents, intentionally kept them, lied that he had turned them all in, stored documents so secret they aren't allowed to be outside a SCIF and showed them to people without the proper credentials to see them.

The Hillary, Pence and Biden cases do not have such a fact pattern.

Another dodge of a provided fact. I hope everyone else sees through your schtick.

On another topic, do you think the absence of integrity and intellectual humility is an asset when your goal is to obstruct productive dialog between friends?

You can keep saying that she destroyed a server, but that is contrary to fact. She deleted emails. Or rather her staff did. As everyone does. In the FBI’s final report on the investigation, Director James Comey - who intentionally facilitated trumps presidency by telling congressional Republicans about Weiner’s computer, even though he said he knew there were no incriminating Hillary emails on it - stated unequivocally that they looked and found no evidence that any work related emails were “intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them.”

To repeat the familiar refrain: just because you keep saying it, and just because republican propagandists keep saying it on their media networks, does not make it true.

So all your whataboutism trying to obfuscate from your golden calf being indicted once again, is based on lies that are very popular in the right wing echo chamber, but nonetheless lies.

At this point, Trump should be seriously considering an insanity plea.

Good point. It's likely so much worse than we'll ever know. And what we know is really, really bad.

John Hinkley should not have been charged because lots of other people that "discharged a weapon in public" and didn't get arrested. That's how silly it is to equate the "mishandling of classified" docs by Pence vs trump sounds.

    Important point.

This was the stuff they cried was “a gestapo raid”, AFTER he refused to give them up, AND as we now know had his lawyers lie/obstruct about still having them.

They denied he had nuclear secrets. National defense secrets. Now we know… yeah, actually he did.

Soooo….Officially requesting that he return all the documents he stole, like they do in every event of erroneously taken documents…was a trap? Giving him the exact, to the letter, request for the documents that they gave to Biden and Pence for their documents…is political targeting?

Any classified documents that are emailed are mishandled. The number every day is staggering. Normally they are lower level stuff that makes it off the secure server.
Way too much gets printed and passed around. Important busy people the. Want to hang onto it. The person in charge of docs usually has enough sway to get them back. But politicians are arseholes.

Wrong. The DOJ has a long history of not charging those who have classified docs illegally as long as they return them immediately, and fully comply with the Feds about searching for more. And documents only need to have national security implications to qualify for the Espionage Act. Classification level does not need to apply.

But her emails has morphed into equal justice for all. It is being spouted everywhere. It is a much better talking point than the facts of Trumps case
