You can read the entire indictment here ...

    DocumentCloud

Right at the start it includes this beauty...

"3. The classified documents TRUMP stored in his boxes included information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the United States and foreign countries; United States nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and plans for possible retaliation in response to a foreign attack. The unauthorized disclosure of these classified documents could put at risk the national security of the United States, foreign relations, the safety of the United States military, and human sources and the continued viability of sensitive intelligence collection methods."

I dare any Trump apologist to explain away this. Those types of documents SHOULD NEVER be declassified. Period.

So he either 1) declassified our nations most important secrets which would make him a tratior. or

    2) He didn't declassify them in which case he had no right to have them and committed crimes.

As mentioned in the indictment, not just in a storeroom. Literally just in boxes on the stage of the ballroom at Mar A Lago.

The FBI didn’t move forward because they didn’t have intent, and there were only a handful of documents that were technically even classified anyway. You probably believe Clinton had 33,000 classified documents. Wonder who/what planted that seed in your head?

Trump on the other hand had at least 31 documents which pertained to national defense secrets. Highest possible classification level. Each one a separate count in the indictment. There is also the element of willful intent that was lacking in the Clinton case. All that before we get into whatever the rest of the crap stored in those boxes was. Hard to compare the bulk of the rest of the content of the boxes without being able to directly compare (but supposedly several hundred “classified” *FILES* among those… compare that to what was recovered from Clinton’s email servers…3 classified emails that weren’t properly retained in the records).

    None.

Because there was no intent and no crime. She incidentally emailed a handful of small-“c”-classified emails (not all is which still had the “c” on them), as did Condoleezza rice, Colin Powell, Karl Rove, and basically everyone whoever worked in Washington.

Ahh so it's just because it's the highest level of classification. Yeah, I don't believe you.

Believing that Trump or DeSantis will ever be in the Oval Office again, except on a guided tour, is probably the craziest thing on this thread.

While not proof in the absolute sense rationally the probability is that any criminal acts that Biden may have committed would been uncovered. Something will be found kind of like the way the right-wing press found the wrongdoing by Dominion Voting Systems and I'm sure that you probably still believe that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump or that there would have been multiple criminal prosecutions resulting from the Durham investigation.

All of those are tied to the mishandling, however. And only the mishandling is necessary for an indictment, and that's how this all started.

A play by the DOJ to get Trump to do something stupid where it looks like he may have obstructed justice is still a case of political targeting.

That's not to absolve Trump for being an idiot. But that's still a case of the DOJ jerking him around trying to get him to do something stupid, illegal, or both.

Again, belief in a magical truth that’s out there somewhere, with zero evidence it exists, and zero reason to believe it does…and yet you base your entire existence on it.

    Thats cult.

The indictment using Trumps own words against him.

9 TRUMP’s Public Statements on Classified Information 22. As a candidate for President of the United States, TRUMP made the following public statements, among others, about classified information:
    a. On August 18, 2016, TRUMP stated, “In my administration I’m going to enforce all laws concerning the protection of classified information. No one will be above the law.”
    b. On September 6, 2016, TRUMP stated, “We also need to fight this battle by collecting intelligence and then protecting, protecting our classified secrets. . . . We can’t have someone in the Oval Office who doesn’t understand the meaning of the word confidential or classified.”
    c. On September 7, 2016, TRUMP stated, “[O]ne of the first things we must do is to enforce all classification rules and to enforce all laws relating to the handling of classified information.”
    d. On September 19, 2016, TRUMP stated, “We also need the best protection of classified information.”
    e. On November 3, 2016, TRUMP stated, “Service members here in North Carolina have risked their lives to acquire classified intelligence to protect our country.” 23. As President of the United States, on July 26, 2018, TRUMP issued the following statement about classified information: As the head of the executive branch and Commander in Chief, I have a unique, Constitutional responsibility to protect the Nation’s classified information, including by controlling access to it. . . . More broadly, the issue of [a former executive branch official’s] security clearance raises larger questions about the practice of former officials maintaining access to our Nation’s most sensitive secrets long after their time in Government has ended. Such access is particularly inappropriate when former officials have transitioned into highly partisan positions and seek to use real or perceived access to sensitive information to validate their political attacks. Any access granted to our Nation’s secrets should be in furtherance of national, not personal, interests.

If either of them are the nominee they basically have a coin flip's chance, I think this statement is pretty crazy too

That I don't know or care about what the charges are.

For all I know, you don't know or care about what the charges are. I'm just characterizing the indictment the way liberal sources are characterizing it. You're calling that wrong.

    Correct me then wise guy.

That could be true. We’ll have to find out. He’s never been a cornered rat before. He’s never had to face jail time before. He won’t have anyone in the White House or the courthouse to save him from consequences. He is a physical coward, so I’d be willing to bet he’d sell out everyone he knows to help himself if he knows he’s nailed to the wall. But the good thing is that we will find out. Because he’s nailed to the wall.

Here's a good read on Hillary's emails. She did what a lot of W. Bush and Obama appointees did with a private email server. And twice the FBI cleared her saying there wasn't anything there to prosecute.

In contrast, Trump not only had a bunch of classified docs he was not supposed to have, he refused to return them when originally requested. He also ignored a subpoena to return them and intentionally hid many of the docs so they would not have to be returned. When asked about this, he then lied on a affidavit regarding said docs. Nothing Pence, Hillary, or Biden in regards to the docs they had, come close to this level of obstruction. In fact, Pence, Biden, and Hillary didn't obstruct at all, but cooperated with the Feds.

Simply put, that's why Trump was indicted, and all the others, including Colin Powell who did the exact same thing as Hillary, were not.

It didn't have to be the highest level of classification to support an indictment.

Color me skeptical that this was just the straw that broke the camel's back when ya'll have been trying to get him since the day he took office.

Whether you're willing to admit it or not Trump would have never been charged had he returned the documents when requested and by the way Trump was charged with wilful retention of national defense information under the Espionage Act among other statutes which doesn't require that documents be classified.
Trump charged under Espionage Act in secret files case. Here's what is in the indictment

Edit: Although it's obvious that you're not really interested. You can read the entire text of all 37 counts in the indictment by clicking on the link below:
