I guess he finally made too many enemies in his own party, because they’re certainly not kicking him out for that. He has an odd view of the law - during the aftermath of the 2020 election he sued other states for verifying Biden's win. I'm completely unversed* in the law but even I wondered how he and Texas had standing there. *ignoring those underage drinking misunderstandings
