Just remember, Trump could've easily avoided all this. All he had to do is fully cooperate with NARA and the Feds when they requested a return of all documents back in March, 2021. Pence cooperated and isn't facing any charges. But Trump? He stalled, lied, obstructed, and moved documents around to try and hide them from the Feds. And that is why the indictments are coming.

Nobody should be above the law. If the DOJ has the evidence, present it in a court of law and let the system work.

 

Rule of law has been rendered a complete mockery for the last 10 years or so, since it's only applied left to right.

If any of them have committed crimes, why has nobody prosecuted them?

They have been investigating the Clintons for half a century, and they’ve found nothing but a consensual blow job. Not a crime.

Biden and Obama? What crimes are they supposed to have committed? If any Republican had even a tiny shred of evidence, they’d prosecute in a heartbeat.

But nobody ever has, because they haven’t committed any crimes.

Trump literally promised to lock up Hillary for her crimes, then as soon as the election was over, he told his fans to stop chanting “Lock her up,” and actually said out loud that it was just a campaign slogan. He never did anything to pursue an investigation, let alone prosecution against Hillary. Because there was nothing to investigate.

He was declared by the court to have committed sexual assault.
He’s been indicted for campaign finance crimes.
He’s been indicted for espionage and other major crimes.
He’s going to be indicted for fraud by Trump Media.
He’s going to be indicted for tax fraud.
He’s going to be indicted for election interference.
He’s going to be indicted for conspiracy against the United States.


Where are the indictments for the Clintons, Obamas and the Bidens?

Waaaa. Hillary cooperated. Turned over everything she had. And out of over 30,000 emails, only but a handful were questionable. And many emails contained a warning to move the discussion to a more private, secure forum.

But none of them has done what Trump did. He refused to cooperate and return classified docs that he shouldn't have had in his possession at the time. Nobody else lied on an affidavit, or intentionally obstructed an investigation. If they did, let's see the evidence.

So either Hillary, Obama, and Biden are all master criminals capable of getting away with it for years and Trump is a bumbling idiot for getting caught? Or Trump is guilty, and the others are not.

Pence also had classified materials. But when this discovery was made, he quickly handed over all known materials to the Feds and allowed them to do a thorough search of any and all premises for more. Can Trump sayb the same? Absolutely not.

Pence shouldn't be charged. The DOJ rarely charges people in these cases who cooperate fully and no national security damage is done. When people don't cooperate, and there is potential national security risks, different story. Trump is being indicted in Tuesday. Maybe, just maybe, it's because he's guilty?

Being completely exonerated of false claims is a weird way to prove guilt.

Which one is that? The laptop that the FBI leaked to tank Hillary’s presidency? Or the one Hunter Biden has that was completely cleared of any illegal content while Trump was president and under the most corrupt AG in the history of the country, a Trump stooge?

You know why they were never investigated? Same reason Pence wasn’t. Because there were a only few documents that weren’t ordered removed in boxes, and as soon as they were discovered, they proactively returned them, and invited the FBI to search their homes and offices to make sure they found and returned them all.

In other words, they were in complete compliance. As was Hillary and her emails.

What Trump did was order over a dozen boxes full of classified documents removed to ML when he left the White House, then he lied about having them, lied about giving them back, lied about what he still had, then claimed he’s allowed to have classified documents because they belong to him, then claimed they weren’t classified because he magically declassified them (though he did n’t declassify a single one through a legitimate process), and then even after they were confiscated, he demanded that they give them back, many were missing, then he went on TV and bragged about how he knew the whole time it was illegal, and complained that he didn’t get the chance to sell them like he claims Nixon did.

So….do you see the difference? The first group did nothing wrong. Trump broke a cadre of laws, likely sold many documents to foreign powers, and publicly demonstrated knowledge of guilt. The latter is a pretty big deal in court.

You really can’t proceed with any grievances until you can answer that question.

This is why is said the rantings of profiteering frauds does not serve as proof. They are the only source of these accusations…unless you can inform us of any legitimate sources.

Just to be clear, you’re talking about Bill Barr scrubbing the Mueller Report of tons of damning stuff about Individual 1, I mean Trump, right? There is actual proof of this scrubbing, in terms of him sitting on the report for days while he told the media on a loop that the report showed no collusion with Russia, and in terms of the 15 barrels of black ink used to redact that majority of the report…and there was still enough there to convict all of Trump’s inner circle, and some of his outer circle, and to demonstrate over a dozen cases of collusion.

Espionage, election tampering, campaign finance crimes, decades of tax fraud, and conspiracy to overthrow the US government is “the slightest dirt”…?

Heck yes we supported the rule of law. Heck yes we supported prosecuting the crimes against the United States of this lifetime criminal. Heck yes we are enjoying watching the worst person in America finally be held responsible for his crimes against us (and against all of you).

This was a great day for our nation. Two very good things happened for our democracy. The SC ruled agains race-based gerrymandering in Alabama and Trump was indicted.

 

This is a GLORIOUS day for our nation. Just as people danced in the streets across the world when this criminal was defeated in 2020, people will dance in the street across the world when he is sentenced.
