Of course you believe in religion. Specifically, you believe, based on authority, in the tenets of virology which might as well be the new demonology.

Per usual, they post an article they think takes their side, when in actuality it says nothing of the sort. The difference between those of us who understand science, and those who clearly don’t, is we don’t look at everything in bubble. Science is complex and ever evolving, but there are those who want to think that what one may say at the beginning of a pandemic is stagnant and if they change their stance it’s considered flip flopping when it’s in actuality just having more data available and making adjustments based on the new data coming on.

If you’re on the side of we shouldn’t have tried anything and just let everyone walk around free and without attempting to put measures in place to a new virus we’re still learning about every day, and your solution is to just be “well, some people will just die unfortunately”, then you are an ignorant tool and I take nothing you say with any seriousness. It’s blatantly obvious who here understands science and who doesn’t. Stop talking out of your assess and thinking you’re some virology expert because you read some random studies and shit on Facebook. I guarantee you the people who do this for a living and went to school for years studying viruses for a living know more than some rando wannabe doctor on a message board. 95 also thought his Cochran study was a got ya moment showing the masks don’t work, and the actual author of the damn article said it was flawed. Dude cares more about being proven right than actually saving people’s lives. Sad and pathetic.

Literally everything you just said was completely wrong. Hard to write that much and be 100% wrong on everything but somehow you managed. Congrats! Didn’t know someone could top the grifter in being so wrong but you out did yourself. Can’t fix stupid.

I am telling you that you should analyze the situation and understand some people have agendas.

It is not right wing conspiracy. It is reality. Sadly you cannot think for yourself and have fallen for the propaganda.

This thing is textbook propaganda. And the vast majority now see it!

I agree but then people will just create more covid threads. Like you did the last one school closures.

There are literally seven consecutive posts before yours that I can’t see, presumably because I have them on ignore or they “blocked” me.

I don’t have the ability to block. Only ignore. Some people can block. Nobody can explain including the mods and board admins why some can block and others ignore. You only have one not the other.

If I had ability to block, I’d start a new Covid thread and all of the Covid anti vaxxers who I ignore would be unable to see the thread and participate at all. But I don’t. I think ability to block and exclude others from even participating is a terrible feature. But if I had it I’d use it in this particular instance.

On balance, I’d suggest that US orbit was more tyrannical than was China.

I’ve never felt it necessary to block or ignore.
I enjoy all the view points not matter how I may feel about them.

It was primarily due to this thread. I like different viewpoints, but they have to be based in reality and fact. Seeing people posts hundreds of posts with absolutely and verifiably false information is of no use to me, and makes the substantive posts harder to find.

Exactly. The amount of disinformation and flat out lies contained within this thread is staggering, and it’s the same set of people regurgitating the same shit over and over and over with nothing new to add. Better to filter out the spam for an easier read.

I know. It would help if posters like you and the other lockdowner's would admit you were wrong for years on covid. Lockdowns, school closures, masks, natural immunity, child vaxxing(except for those with underlying issues). If you just did that maybe someone would take what you think on covid seriously. Until then, most will just laugh at you.

This is so awesome, in the NYT's today, we have this brilliant quote from the CDC. Just a Reminder: viral aerosols are about 5x smaller than smoke particles LOL.

“disinformation” is the weapon of the weak-minded, a shut-up term to insulate one’s self from alternative perspectives.
