I expect it has happened. There are people who don't show others courtesy. I think they shouldn't do it if others are uncomfortable with it. But people do crappy things. Just how it is.

Pretty easy. Female comes out of locker room and reports a dude in the women’s locker room he gets dealt with accordingly. Not a hate crime anywhere especially not here in Polk. Grady is on the side of common sense. Not warped logic.
As to #3, I think this is a generational thing. My generation in school by 6th grade they demanded you take lockeroom showers with no privacy, and after that walking around with your junk hanging out wasn’t a thing. Having heard from some 20+ years younger they are really traumatized seeing some dude walking around the locker room with their junk hanging out. I can live with either set of rules. But the conflicting values is the issue. Multiply that by 1000 if you get “women” walking around women’s lockers rooms with their former-man junk hanging out.

To me what is so fascinating about this topic is there is nobody that reallllly believes someone with a Di-k should be in a bathroom or locker room With a woman and/or girl and nobody with a di-k should be playing a sport against women/girls. But they are so trapped in their prison of 2 ideas that it’s physically and mentally impossible for them to agree out loud, so they will argue and debate for the sport. you can’t convince me anyone reallllllly thinks Bill Thomas has any business in the locker room or the pool with women……once the swim meet is over. Historically this never happened. It could happen now because there are no rules (according to some) as to biological sex and bathrooms. Gender is now a completely and utterly meaningless concept.

I don't care if there's a penis in the women's bathroom (trans women), as long I don't have to see it. Women's bathrooms always have stalls, it shouldn't be a problem.
