They swept us in Columbia.

 

Very memorable weekend regional. Now let's take it to USCe next weekend and move on....

The absolute knowledge of the game is crazy cool to see on display. And the way he slid past third base (after stealing second base) and grabbed on to the third base bag, because he was running full steam ahead at it, was brilliant.

 

Think I will remember that play forever. Don't recall seeing that happen before. Just a great play, smart and funny.

That's not bad, given the Mon noon start. Wish I could have been there.

There are some teams that are drilling their pitchers to quit watching and get your butt over to 3rd base

 

Shockingly few Texas Tech fans. They had a lot more on Saturday and Sunday night. Maybe they had to get back for work.

It looked like Neely was in pain after the game. After his last pitch he held his right arm down by his side and shook hands with his left hand. Then in the dugout he seemed to be rubbing his upper right arm and wincing in pain. Later a trainer was looking at it. Anyone else see it or hear anything? Hopefully he's just sore after back to back days and it's no big deal.
