You are intentionally missing the point.

What's the point? People don't go to places and hang out with people when they have no reason to? I'm not gay. I might have an alcoholic drink or two once or twice a month. There's no reason for me to ever go to a gay bar unless invited.

But if there was a gay bar nearby, wouldn't bother me. Wouldn't avoid the area. Would be cordial to anyone exiting or entering. And I've had no problem going in.

I also have no problem with a man in a Fairy Godmother dress working at Disney. Would be happy to have him attend to me and my family, including my kids. Certainly wouldn't avoid him.

So, I ask again, what's the point?

This is wildly deluded, glaringly biased, and devoid of anything resembling logic.

I don’t even know what you’re talking about at this point. The GOP is going to nominate Trump (who will obliterate Tiny D in the process) and he will run on this anti trans shit and lose to Joe Biden (again).

Sounds like you want your children to associate with people who are likely to be depressed.
Doesn’t sound like a great parental strategy.

but ask yourself why is it inappropriate? Why would a 4 yo know it from any other attire? We know b/c we are taught that appearances can be signals. Appearances matter & judgements are & should be made given that info. It isn’t just human nature, my dog notices appearances of humans that are out of the ordinary. IMO, there is nothing wrong with judging a book by the cover if the cover is all you have

Every person judges other people by their looks—-it’s called attraction. Our whole society is based upon appearance (which sucks if you are ugly) unless you are a musician (See Rick Ocasek). Some Women spend hours each day putting on makeup, etc. Do you think that is for fun? Nope! They are trying to look good, so they can be judged.

Biden will likely be dead or have a stroke well before the election. Trump will not get the nomination.

People have been taking their kids to the circus for generations to look at freaks. Whom did that scar? Maybe a few. Now, we don't need to pay admission to see people like this.

Agreed. We all make snap judgements based on appearances. And yes, some of those judgements might invoke fear for a good reason. The white hooded robe, for example. But a man wearing a Fairy Godmother dress at Disney while working at a store? Nothing to fear there.

So why not get to know the person in the dress? Snap judgements can be wrong. Princess Bob could be the best employee in the park, and your kid could have a great time because of him. But some people just see a guy in a dress and that's all they care about.

It is not my place to police others behaviors or prejudices. If folks don’t want their kids around dudes in dresses* that’s their bidness. I just don’t want big gov involved.

    * summer before Uf me & Ed put on dresses, clip on earrings & went to the Lee’s famous recipe on Cassett ave in Jax to order from Ed’s GF. That GF became my GF & @danmanne65 knew her well & he can attest that I liked to be a weirdo….dress at Disney ain’t shit. Try it on the west side of Jax in 1984!

Desantis? No one outside of FL wants America to be like Florida unless their name is Viktor Orban.

Not my place either to tell others what they can or can not do with their kids. Never said it was. Just wondering why a guy in a dress working at Disney poses such a threat that others would avoid interacting with him. And I wish people didn't think that way.

You wish people didn’t want to protect their children? What a weird take.
I don’t have any interest in trying to get to know a trans/drag person. It isn’t going to enrich my family to do so.
I’m teaching my children that appearance matters. I want my kids to know that first impressions matter. Manners and thoughtfulness also matter.
That trans dude is likely going the wrong way in life and Disney is assisting him/her down that road. This hairy godmother is likely seeking attention to probably temporarily avoid their psychological issues.
My advice to you…stop being apart of the problem by encouraging men to wear dresses.

Not sure, but your blanket assertion is ridiculous given the polls.
