Any idea what TV will be? My MIL is staying home to watch our 7 month old puppy and I'd like to set it up for her. Just heard thunder and I live near downtown Gainesville.
For anyone saying "Fisher?!?", I was too, but then I looked up his numbers. On the season: 32.2 IP, 1 HR. 43 ground-outs, 23 fly-outs.
Big chance for Fisher our young freshman. Feel like he was made for this in the pressure will not be too much.
As I said in the game thread, about 15 to 20 minutes ago when I found out he was starting I felt it was a great decision. Kid will not Wilt.
Crap. She is 91 years old and I just can't set it up for her. I will try to give her directions over the phone.
That's right. ALL our great UF brothers and sisters!!!! We are ALL IN. 2 hours from now, Texas Tech. We are The Florida Gators, and we are circling the wagons. Anything in our way?, then we are going to stomp your guts out. UF, always and forever.
Really pumped for Fisher. Live an hour an half away (dreaded rural North Georgia, lmao). Flat-out unreal high school numbers: State career record ERA 0.71, 17-1, 300 K’s in 157 1/3 innings. By the way, is TCU ripping it or what!
Probably not. The NCAA has a complicated process to decide who is home. We are not even assured of being the home team next week in the supers when we make it there!
To make it easy..the NCAA should allow the host to be the home team whenever they are playing...a bit of a perk to the host
Cade is a proud graduate of Northwest Whitfield High School in Tunnel Hill, Georgia, just a few miles north of Dalton and about 15 miles south of Chattanooga. I spent about 25 years teaching there; retired ten years ago. It's a good school with good people and the kid did have an incredible high school record.
