If you argued that your kids might become misogynistic because they are near black people or listen to any music by black people, you would be racist. You always make a big point of splitting the art from the person. Now you are blurring those lines to avoid the fact that you are judging the person, who did nothing wrong in that video other than exist in proximity to children.

Again. I didnt say i wanted them forced anywhere. Didnt i just say that i would expect teach my kids how to treat every human the same way? Did i say I wouldnt ho to disney or walk through that door?

Stop wanting to find boogymen so bad.

I can do all that and not like him dressed that way, or simply walk through a different door etc to keep it out of my kids view. None of that is bigotry. Its insulting to actual victims of bigotry.

That’s not bigotry, that’s being a jerk. Bigotry is an unmoving devotion to one's own opinions and prejudices. So if you’re that opposed to a man wearing a costume dress because you believe it’s going to harm your child regardless of the circumstances then you’re showing bigotry. So if you don’t want your child to be influenced by a man in a costume then it’s your responsibility to make sure they’re not, it’s not the man’s or Disney’s.

Have i called for banning the music?
Have I called for Disney to fire the guy?

What are you even trying to prove here md?

You and I have always had good spirited discussions, but you've sort of lost me on this one.

If you told your kids to treat black people as well as anybody else, but then walked away from every black person and kept your kids away from them because you don't like them and don't want them influencing your kids, would you be racist?

Ok? Where did I say anything contrary?
Did I call for Disney to fire him?
... And as for the jerk statement, reread what I have said TWICE about how I would treat him and how I would expect my kids to treat him.

As a kid I remember watching Ru Paul on tv, I watched Mrs. Doubtfire and that movie with Patrick Swayze and Wesley Snipes. Those didn't affect me at all

Honestly, what you are displaying is bigotry. A lot of people in the past few years have taken to the angry denial of bigotry as an inoculation from bigotry being pointed out. But if you truly think trans people shouldn't ever be near your kids regardless of behavior, that is bigotry.

    Yes.

Now show me where I said I would keep my kids from every one of them and show me where I said I "don't like them".

As. Christian "like" isn't strong enough for how I am supposed to feel about them.

Love is the word Christ called us to show. But you can love and disagree.

How are you treating people the same way when you are publicly talking about how trans folks are a bad influence on your kids and you will actively try to avoid them?

    Right here:

That guy did nothing wrong (he politely talked to some children), so the only reasonable inference is that you don't want that person near your children because that person might be trans. You then extended it:

"That behavior" is a possibly trans person being trans.

Saying that you wouldn't want somebody anywhere near your kids is not loving them (especially with no demonstrated danger to your children). Sorry. If it is done because of group membership (such as being trans), it is bigotry.

    So, trans/cross dresser FREE ZONES?

No trans/cross dressing allowed in this restricted area!

    How is that NOT bigotry?

Telling he thinks being trans is a behavior sure he feels the same about being gay and if he could define it being woke.

    Troubling…

Try harder. Don’t believe I’ve ever called you a racist. Or anyone else for that matter.
However, although times were changing, I was a Jr in HS (1972) before I ever shared a classroom with a black child. But eventually Brown v BOE had its progressive effect even in my backwoods Ga school.

I came of age in the 70s, I had a blast and I remember them fondly.
