Zyon Pullin from UC Riverside was a fairly late addition to the portal after playing four years for the Highlanders, making him a graduate transfer with one year to play. Originally from Pleasant Hill, California, Pullin wasn’t heavily recruited out of high school and committed to UC Riverside where he made an immediate impact averaging 9.3 points and 4.1 assists as a freshman. Pullin just pushed out a final five that included the good and kind and noble Florida Gators. We're on there with Gonzaga, LSU, Michigan and Xavier, which is a pretty impressive list.
Have to think he's being promised to start. Can't see him coming otherwise. Feel like he's the remaining missing piece to make the Gators a legitimate top 25 team.

If college hoops was hard to predict "pre-season" before the NIL / Transfer Portal, it's nearly impossible now. How anyone can predict a teams performance this early is beyond me, outside of a few traditional powers, anyway.
Well, it's an interesting set of evaluation points. Returning minutes, etc. But they have Florida's "Effective Talent" waaaaayyy down the list. I don't know how anyone could expect us to be good with no talent. And we obviously have some talent.
