the state of florida reviews and approves all special districts. none of the approvals indicate that they are subject to further review in the future. if they were, nobody would buy the bonds or underwrite them and no businesses would use them. the USSC decided that corporations have first amendment rights

New laws and right-wing movements have made it a far more politically charged issue that's being taken out of the hands of experts and being put in the hands of the dumbest and most bigoted among us. Instead of targeting "inappropriate content," they're targeting ideas they don't like. Did that happen 10 years ago? Yes, but it was not happening on this scale.

 

please show me a special district that has been abolished by state order. just one that wasn't closed at the request of the district.
