I am going to make sure I post something negative way earlier in the game so I can be made a fool of before extra innings today. Go Gators!
I reserve the right to be wrong, but I've got Sully at 33-20 against Vandy (3-3 in Hoover, including the 2011 and 2015 Championship Game wins). Go GATORS! ,WESGATORS
If I was in the stands and that guy started doing that I swear I would go over and give him the biggest smack upside his head he's ever experienced! What a clown!
If Gators keep winning they might end up with the number one national seed. Might not be a good thing though. Thought I heard one of TV announcers say the number one seed has not won a national championship in over twenty years.
Wake plays this morning in about an hour. If they lose, they are eliminated from the ACC Tournament. If they win the ACC Tournament (need 3 wins total), they'll definitely be the #1 overall seed (could possibly be even if they don't, but why chance it?). If they fall in a game that counts (tomorrow's prime time game against Notre Dame means nothing in the ACC Tournament), an SEC Champ + SEC Tournament Champ could possibly take over that #1 overall spot. Go GATORS! ,WESGATORS
Really playing with fire here in the title. Sounds like a reasonable window, but this is the SEC Tournament. Go GATORS! ,WESGATORS
He’s not good for baseball, the fans, the players, hell he probably even gets on ol’blue’s nerves too. Ought not be allowed. He’s about as useful as a blister.
Win tonight and we're in the semis on Saturday and can sit back and rest tomorrow- and enjoy the wonders of the greater Birmingham metro region. Hoping Sproat is on his game and can give us 6 solid innings. After that: Abner, Fisher, Slater and Ficc if necessary would be my guess. Slater threw only 17 pitches and Abner 15 so they should be good to go. Neely can take a week off.
Scott Carter says the pitching match up is Brandon Sproat verses Hunter Owen(L). Owen did not pitch in Gainesville due to shoulder soreness.
We have already beat them 3 out of 4 times..hoping we win tonight..really don't want to play them again
Agree. It's a home game for Alabama when they play in the SECT. It's tough to beat anybody 4 straight and that's what we're trying to do tonight vs. Vandy. And if Hunter Owen starts for them, we'll have our hands full. He didn't pitch against us in Gainesville and missed several starts due to arm issues. But, he's a 6'6", 260 lb. lefty who is 4-0 in 57 innings, 3.16 ERA, 67 K's and 16 walks, .211 batting average against.
