It sounds ridiculous; looked completely harmless. I get that people don't like any form of ridiculous celebrations, but who and how are we supposed to draw the lines? Why on Earth would anybody want to leave this sort of thing up to the umpires who are rapidly adding this stuff to the slew of inconsistent calls they make collectively? This is the kind of thing somebody dreamed up in a conference room with zero thought about how messed up it would end up being in practical implementation.
