Some play in a collegiate league similar to those that are around for baseball. Think one league is central or west Florida?
Gotta tip my hat to Sandman with his perfect KSP season, that's awesome -- I missed one of the home games, although I did make nine away games (Jacksonville, Stetson, South Carolina x3, FSU, and Kentucky x3). And now I sit at home, having long ago blocked off a week from work because surely we'd be hosting Supers, right?
Johnny Cakes - I came from TX and only missed 3 midweek games. I also went to Jax with Scrappy and Sandman and I just got back from Stanford. Sure wish you would introduce yourself to one of the 4 (Sandman, Scrappy, 1990, or myself) of us as we would love to meet you!
I’m a buddy of Sandman. Lived in the Ravines as did he in Middleburg. Does he still live there? I have moved 4 years ago to Daytona
Likewise -- meet you next year at KSP! I come from Virginia. Got to sleep in my own bed for Supers last year -- lol. Maybe we'll all take a road trip your way after Texas joins the SEC. And your going to Stanford is mighty impressive. Hat's off to you too!
I lived in Lake Asbury on Cokesbury Court, about 2 miles from the Ravines, from 1980 - 1998. It's changed a lot since then, but a beautiful area.
They are fleeing Auburn as fast as possible. Five of their eight top hitters are already in the portal. Garcia, McCondichie, Blaine, Ellis and now Denver Bryant.
Owners complete screw up.. used to be an awesome community . Glad I’m gone . I’m across the street from LPGA now.
Liberty C Caroline Hudson has entered the transfer portal as a grad transfer. The 2022 and 2023 ASun Player of the Year, Hudson's career statistics include 35 home runs, 135 RBIs, 113 runs scored, and 35 doubles. Stephen F. Austin C Gaby Garcia has entered the transfer portal as a grad transfer. The SFA career home run record holder, Garcia's career numbers include 37 home runs, 34 doubles, 129 RBIs, and 118 runs scored. She owns a career 1.031 OPS.
Denver Bryant - we sit right behind the visitors on deck circle and I kept telling Denver that she needs to transfer to UF - and told her to bring Maddie Penta with her. Hopefully she heard me and will reach out to our staff. She would plug in to third base right away to give Mia a year to get acclimated to the grind of college softball.
