Now a company did decide to peddle a false narrative about a bill in a state they received advantages others did not. Now they may lose those their advantages. When I make observations about other posters, it almost always supplements an actual response to their arguments.

In this case, a poster made a characterization about me as a crutch and substitute for addressing my arguments.

So this is ad hominem, but that doesn't make it insulting under our newly agreed upon standard.
