The answer? After you poison your husband with a Moscow Mule cocktail laced with five times the lethal dose of fentanyl and let him die while you spend time with the kids. It was allegedly her second attempt to poison him, after mixing a Moscow Mouse cocktail with less than a deadly dose; eventually she mixed a drink with enough kick to get the job done.

A woman wrote a children's book about grief after her husband died. She was charged with his murder. (yahoo.com)

I think this paragraph in her book might have broke the case:

"O.K., boys and girls, sometimes when you get really sad, you just want to pour a big drink for somebody and make it really special, so they can go off to Happy-Happy Land and not come back. And if at first you don't succeed, try-try again. Then you can live happily ever after in the land of swirly-twirly gumdrops with the life insurance money. The End."

Will probably be some movie- I’m thinking Gone Girl vibes. RIP to the husband/dad.

Just a note... she hasnt been convicted quite yet so maybe we should hold on burying her behind the jail?

It turns out that Utah mom has some financial issues: she was slightly greedy and liked to spend money.

Utah mom accused of poisoning husband with fentanyl in cocktail took out $2 million in life insurance policies on him (yahoo.com)

Yeah, you’re right. That’s only authorized under conditions that it fits a racial narrative.

Nah, Like the Penny the case the fact set here is pretty conclusive. But I’m against the death penalty so I agree let’s not bury her behind the jail.

You essentially argued that we should withhold judgment until all of the facts are in and not dig trenches based on a narrative that may be incomplete or even false. I wholeheartedly agree. Let’s try to do that all of the time.

    Let’s see
Obtained fentanyl from a friend (also going to jail)
    Fentanyl found in his system
4 Ins policies on him to tune of $2M
    Charged his CC 50K.
Was personally in debt for millions
Prenup said she didn’t get his assets unless he died still married
Was caught drilling into his safe to get will (that he had put his sister in charge of the estate in event of his death).
Wrote a children’s book about it
He said he thought his wife was trying to kill him and she should be suspect #1.

But yeah let’s not rush to judgement.

Now let’s do Bryan Kohlberger. Guilty or a terrible coincidence?
