Uhh...No. The flu shot does not have people calling in sick as a normal part of being administered. MMR does not have kids missing school. You name the vaccine...they do not have side effects like the mrna shots have. You better hope that SMI is not the actual side effect. And it really is just putting your body to work unnecessarily.

    LOL!!!!!!

Thanks for the laugh. The flu shot works better than the covid shot. And the flu shot is really not that great. At least it is safe for the most part.

I think its fair to point out that he was too afraid to support gay marriage in 2008, Democrats are pretty cowardly

These choices were being manipulated by propaganda. The government should be held liable for anyone who lost their job because a company followed the propaganda imo. Definitely any service man or woman should be made whole with their career back plus damages. Shoot...the ones that took the shot and were injured should be able to hold the government accountable and made whole with damages.

If you're a Superintendent and you're not sure you want to open schools, what do you do? You read the Euro study and think great, we can reopen. But then someone tells you read this study. Then someone else tells you to read this one, and yet someone else says read this one, or any of the other 5 studies I have previously linked.

Then there's this study, which has a large mix of results and concludes that in areas of high transmission, school closures are effective. In areas with less transmission, the negative effects on children outweighs any marginal benefit you get from reducing spread.

Next, you read the CDC recommendations that basically mirror the advice of the last study linked. Areas of low spread should be free to have all schools open. Moderate spread and schools should consider a hybrid model, and high spread, areas should consider closing schools until the spread subsides.

What do you do? If you're 95, you take the Euro study as the single source of truth and ignore all other studies because you don't like their results! But is that a real, scientific approach to making data-driven decisions? It's not. And you need to weigh the detriments to the students against the lives of your staff. It's a no-win situation, and personally, I don't blame anyone from erring on the side of caution. It's not like every study showed the same thing, and there was an obvious course of action.

Yes Obama was politically expedient just like DeSantis who was for school closings until he wasnt. You can tell yourself he did some soul searching like libs can tell themselves the same about his cynical stance on gay marriage. You aren't any different than they are.

I absolutely can’t disagree with this. It’s why I tried to convince her to just quit and stop dealing with the horseshit that is public schools. It’s amazing how great you all do. Knowing every year you will be going thru the political shit you have to go thru. I’m not saying that as a conservative, I’m saying that for all the new testing/software/teaching “strategies”/ everything that any new super brings to the table. It’s complete chaos

When you have been shown to be wrong.

    “your a liar”

The efficacy of the covid shot is atrocious. It is hard to be worse than the flu shot. But the covid shot found a way.

Add to it…they sold you a bill of goods that it was okay you ran a fever that would keep you out of work. Seriously wild times we live in. The good news is we are back on the upswing. But it is going to take a long time to rebuild from the damage done by these idiots in public health.

I've linked this several times before. But look at page 3 of the PDF. It shows hospitalization rate by age and vaccination status. Ages 12 and up there is a significant reduction in hospitalizations for those vaccinated. Please stop with the bullcrap that the COVID vaccine is atrocious. If your only metric is stopping infection, the COVID vaccine isn't the best. But at preventing severe cases and deaths? Very effective.

Your argument is like saying an airbag that my have prevented a person from dying, but since they didn't walk away unharmed and still suffered injury, that the airbag is ineffective. It's a ridiculous argument. Stupidity at the highest level. The COVID vaccine has saved thousands of lives, and thousands upon thousands more from being hospitalized. How is that a failure?

The efficacy of the covid shot is atrocious. Defend away all your want. It is terrible. Worse than the flu shot. Which at least does not keep people out of work.

Look. I was likely wrong at the beginning. Even high risk groups probably did not need these shots. Especially if we properly focused on treating the disease.
