    See above about “speculation.”

You are speculating something Neely did led to them joining in. It’s just as likely that it’s something penny did (take him down) that led them to join in. They’d have likely done nothing without him choking the guy yo death. As I’ve pointed out that’s common behavior.

Not everyone is weak and willing to put up with the type of crap that Neely is known and convicted of doing. Some will stand up to that while others will cower in the corner and allow pieces of crap like this to control them.

No, we have eye witness reports of Neely making threatening comments to passengers. Not speculation.

Jordan Neely chokehold death witness 'praying' for Daniel Penny

“This gentleman, Mr. Penny, did not stand up,” the rider said. “Did not engage with the gentleman. He said not a word. It was all Mr. Neely that was … threatening the passengers. If he did not get what he wants.”

I said I want to know what the deceased did to precipitate events. And I don’t speculate as to what it was. We know it wasn’t nothing. We know he was not quietly sitting in a corner, filling in the NYT crossword puzzle. Whatever it was caused a reaction of the passengers; that also is not seriously in question. Whether it was a justified reaction is absolutely in question. And on this question none of us here appears to have enough information to judge yet. Nonetheless, this is the consequence of people digging their intellectual trenches in cases such as these before all of the facts are in: it gets exponentially more difficult to get out of one’s trench even after realizing one bit off on a false narrative. And then the doubling down begins.

Yeh, I've been wondering how and why the State of New York failed Neely. Why on earth was he wandering around NYC's subways threatening innocent people?

It's quite likely you will not get a response from any of the wokesters on Too Absurd for Swamp Gas. And, I'll just add these links (to yours) as more examples of attacks and/or killing to which the wokesters will never link on TAFSG:

Man charged with hate crime after fatal shootings of strangers at library, gas station, police say (kktv.com)

Three teenagers attack man while spewing anti-White remarks: police (msn.com)

This is why you dont live in stupid liberal states. It's dangerous living in those communist hell hole states. That's why they all move to red states. Their governments support and release dangerous criminals and they attack good honest citizens.

Red states have higher violent crime rates and murder rates than blue states. By an average of about 75 crimes per 100,000 residents.

    Data from here:

Care to comment on now the 2nd person to say Penny did save them from Neely? Funny thing is the people on here making assumptions contradicts the eyewitness accounts. Wonder if the NYT's and the MSM will cover this 2nd persons account backing Penny doing what he did. Think we know the answer...

Race is relevant. New York crime statistics break down by age, sex, and race, among others.

When 515151 posted that people "like Neely," are responsible for more crime, it's entirely legitimate to ask if he was referring to race.
