To all of you who gave negative ratings to post 3677, exactly what was incorrect about what I said. Lagway may be solid to UF, but a tweet like that has the potential to be used as serious negative recruiting material by other schools. Additionally, a blue chip recruit might be inclined to think Lagway is not solid to UF. Now, Lagway can clean this up. Which is what I suggested. Nothing I said is worth the ridicule and derision that was leveled. You know I'm right. You don't have to like it, but you know. I want Lagway and all the top notch recruits he can bring with him, but to ignore the significance of this reckless tweet and to denigrate anyone who points out the obvious, is just whistling past the graveyard.

You're being ridiculous lol. These top kids talk all the time on social media. Lagway has been actively recruiting them to join him at UF. This one tweet is meaningless

Why do this whole dog and Pony show over something that has already been quelled by Mama lagway herself she even hashtagged it #ProudfutureGatorMom. It's not even necessary to try and rile up the masses with silly rhetoric about a recruit who has made several trips on his own dime from texas just to recruit for us. If you as you say recruits will see this one post don't you think they also will see the litany of pro gator post and Twitter post where he is recruiting everybody to the good guys?

Other schools can't use a tweet like that to negative recruit if the kid is solid. Recruits talk to each other. Half the time tweets are to troll fans they know will overreact. In any event, how does freaking out to the point a recruits mother has to address a fan base help. Better yet I should ask how does it not hurt our cause?
