I have numerous clients with 20 plus companies that wire money to numerous individuals. The multiple entities is a standard asset protection strategy so that if one company goes under it doesn’t pull others with it. Wire transfers are far more efficient than paper checks. Absolutely nothing nefarious about doing that whatsoever. As for the SARs, that is a different issue, but I’ve never seen any info as to the nature of the SARs. Could be that he had dealings with somebody shady (not as shady as filling your administration with subsequently convicted felons probably, but who knows) and his name got sucked into it, or it could be indicative that he himself was doing something shady. Given that I’m not Nostradamus, I can’t really say. If guilty, I hope they prosecute him. Notably though, if the SARs were dispositive of anything criminal, they would be referring for criminal charges but are NOT. So, you are nothing but full on supposition so far, with no factual support whatsoever. Not the circumstances under which I would get condescending, but that’s just me.
I think the President and his family should disclose everything to the public in financial disclosures. Including any interests in LLC’s. That should be the standard any President is held to. Biden has done disclosures of course. I’d like to see Hunter Biden do it, but as far as I know there is zero requirement for family and if we are going to dive into Hunter, how could we NOT explore Kushners activities? Here is the problem with all of this: with the last guy these very same clownish assholes were telling us it was none of our business, even that digging into finances was a “red line” when it came to an active law enforcement investigation (so even special council Mueller was not entitled to dig into Trumps finances for some inexplicable reason even in an active criminal investigation). Now you think it’s top priority? It goes from “a red line” to: “hell we don’t actually see any crimes here, but let’s keep digging”. How can any of this be taken seriously? How many of those clients were running active businesses in a large number of countries? Setting up LLCs to comply with local laws in multiple countries is hardly rare advice from a lawyer (which he is). That is precisely why law enforcement doesn't just go after everybody with a bunch of LLCs.

What is this “20 LLC’s” even based on? Are we just counting every transfer as “controlled by Hunter”.
