As of 3:50 pm, Weather Underground is showing scattered thunderstorms starting around 7 pm, Thunderstorms by 8 pm and Heavy thunderstorms by 9 pm. Both pitchers need to be sharp so there's a quick game.
The National Weather Service says that the highest chance for rain is at 5 PM at 49% and tapers off to 20% at 8 PM. Not much showing on the radar now (just after 4 PM) but the prediction is for the rain and storms to build in place.

Makes no sense for Riopelle to bat 4th instead of Heymen. That puts two left handed hitters back to back and sets up an auto walk for Cags with Riopelle up next. Please it in to Sully for me.
Sitting in the ballpark the weather feels like Regional finals weather in June. The air is very heavy and the atmosphere is primed. Hope this little breeze lasts until sunset.
Interesting bit of tid, last year at Vandy Deric Fabian hit a late homer to left to help us get the one win we got. Let's hope the Ocala kid can do it again.
Weather forecasters are the only people who can be wrong all the time and still get paid anyway. Oh wait, I forgot politicians.
I was thinking exactly that 87- when I saw the change at SS but losing Josh is a huge hit at bat, in the field, and leadership. It was that head first slide on Sunday- no doubt. But suprised it's "consussion protocol" as Gator Gal notes. I thought he may have jammed wrist, hand or shoulder. Hopefully back tomorrow. On Riopelle in 4 hole- it's a mystery to me- even if Vandy changed SP to a RHP. I'd bat him no higher than 6th.
