I agree. People need to be reminded of how insane Trump is.

 

CNN’s CEO will get a raise if anything. Their motive is profit. Don’t make the mistake in thinking that CNN is in any way motivated by the ideology they promote. They are motivated by money. And Trump = ratings. As it pertains to their bottom line CNN brass would love for nothing more than Trump to win because it’s good for their business.

 

Could you imagine Biden doing an hour long town hall with Maria Bartiromo?

Yeah, exactly. All the bozos on Twitter who hate Trump hate-watched the thing and cant stop talking about it. Probably the best ratings CNN has seen in prime time when nothing is going on. Its basically validating CNN's Fox News lite strategy put in by their conservative ownership.

 

I agree that CNN probably had its best ratings in years from the Trump show although I think a better explanation would be a decision by CNN to revisit 2016 when they carried Trump's MAGA rallies in their entirety.

I don’t know about that. The reviews are horrible with calls from CNN employees for Chris Licht to resign. He’s trying in vain to defend the town hall, but as George Conway put it, “interviewing a narcissistic psychopath in front of a packed house of his flying monkeys is not the best format for television journalism.”

Hard to believe that she was once a respected financial journalist at CNBC. I guess she had her price and being an infotainment star paid more than she was being paid when she was a real journalist. Actually maybe not so hard to believe considering that Tucker Carlson was once a serious conservative commentator and had been compared with William F. Buckley.

He’d have to have thousands of cards made up with answers, like:

So in other words he wouldn't lie as much as Trump did.

 

Say what you will about trump, but he was on fire. He filleted and cooked the moderator.

 

I just want to say it’s sad that these two men, trump and Biden, are going to get nominated again. Biden isn’t trump so he was a decent choice last time but we need someone younger and not a fabulist.
