I think the guy is a straight up rapist. He was a child rapist before his “treatment” and he was a rapist afterwards. He needs to go away for a real long time/forever. What’s to argue?

A rapist is a rapist is a rapist. The impulse to rape has virtually nothing to do with someone feeling as though they're in the wrong body.

I kindly but strongly suggest that you clear your cache and cookies, and also do what you can to clear your click history on Facebook, so that it stops sending you every scary transgender story across the globe. You're feeding an unhealthy obsession.

Being confused about gender is not in the same stratosphere as being sociopathic and raping someone. Notice that no one in this thread has defended the crime this person committed.

A Jacksonville news story last night covered an ER Nurse who was arrested (and fired) after sending private nude photos from a patient's phone to his own personal device. Does that mean that men shouldn't be nurses? Or perhaps, is being a creepy perv unrelated to someone's identified gender?

 

With all due respect, you are unhealthily obsessed with the esoteric topic of gender dysphoria, and I again strongly encourage you to unplug from the news sources feeding you these stories at a disproportionate rate, so that you can gain better perspective and relegate the topic to its appropriate mental folder of "probably never going to affect me directly in any tangible way."
