Personally I have no problem with referring to a third term fetus as a baby. Not so much with a zygote the size of the head of a pin or a 6-week old fetus the size of a kidney bean, both of which are referred to as "babies" by so called prolifers such as yourself and are analogous to the egg in the fry pan or even a late first trimester or early second second trimester fetus biologically incapable of living independently outside of the womb.

Probably the best indicator of when a fetus should be considered a human being is brain activity, not fingers or a heartbeat. Depending on how it's measured that would from the 12th to 24th week of gestation (previously posted a link to an article on gestational brain activity; it was around the 12th week based on detectable rudimental brain activity, the 24th week or later based on activity between synapses).
I'm not sure why you're wasting your time with the viruses aren't real guy. I've found an easy line to draw. A baby is a person who was born. Anything before that ain't a baby. How do I know? Because we don't treat it like it's a person.
While I was admittedly facetious I have raised the following hypothetical several times on this board over the last several years, do you believe that the frozen in embryos in cryogenic receptacle should be counted in determining congressional representation or for that matter every other purpose upon which population is a determinative variable? If you believe that a zygote from the moment of conception is a human being the answer would have to be in the affirmative.
