Shot a kid in the head and back, as they were running away, but thankfully the kid is expected to survive. He was unjustly charged in the shooting, IMO, should be given a medal for his service.
Why am I not surprised considering that a kid who knocked on the wrong door was shot in Kansas City, a young woman who drove up the wrong driveway was shot and killed in New York and cheerleaders who tried to open the wrong car door were shot in Texas parking lot all within the last three weeks or so. Sadly a natural consequence of creating an environment of paranoia while encouraging untrained persons to arm themselves for protection. Another candidate for the NRA Second Amendment Person of the Week award.
Where was DeSantis? Wasn’t it his job to inform everyone that hide and go seek is a woke liberal game teaching children how to avoid detection from police after they said the word “gay” in public?

Must have just grazed him or not penetrated the skull. Sometimes they have a loose definition of head - I.e flesh wound through check = shot in the head.
I suspect so. Maybe like Alex Murdough's injury, but that was all confusing to me. In any event, this girl was very lucky. Geez.
What do you expect is going to happen to him? The people who make the laws don't care about a few kids getting shot here and there. Just like the homeless guy strangler. That's not a problem for laws to correct.
We have 336,000,000 people in this country. Do you really need to bring it to everyone's attention every time someone gets shot?
Why not. Maybe more and more people will get fed up and grow a large enough pair to do something about it.
Good thing all those good guys had guns. Who knows what those kids would have done if their even plans weren’t thwarted.
Better to trot out the vapid thoughts and prayers, sweep it under the rug, and move on. The cost of doing business ya know.
You don't think it's newsworthy when a 14 yr/old kid is shot at given the current narrative that gun culture isn't the problem in America right now? So was it mental illness again? Also, the gun nutters defense is that most of gun violence is caused by gang bangers so why shouldn't the "anomaly" make the news when some rando kids get shot at? It's rare right? Interesting how yet another deflection has surfaced due to the frequency of random shootings in public spaces. Just like a certain someone from the Texas thread that complains the media shouldn't cover shootings just because an AR was involved. Warped thinking. Some are more offended that guns get negative attention instead of you know, the dead children and innocent victims slaughtered.
