Can’t completely disagree with you, but even if he allow just those three runs to score, we still have a ball game. The problem is he gave up three more runs on top of that, and essentially made the game almost unwinnable. I don’t have any problems with him giving up the inherited runners. But the other 3 runs no Bueno. Sully has plenty of other options.

 

FSU is just that bad.

Imagine being Ursitti who hasn’t pitched for 9 weeks! If he gets through an inning, that would be huge. Talk about trying to knock the rust off.

I get what you’re saying, but how hard must it be when you pitch once every nine weeks? There are some things I have no logic behind them with how we run guys out to the mound.
