You post this auto-response in every church abuse thread while conveniently failing to mention there are about 100x more teachers than clergy in the US, so the odds are actually quite similar.

This is not necessarily individually newsworthy. Stories along these lines are out there with fair regularity. I haven't seen any systematic breakdown of what part of society they come from, but individuals like this offender are certainly well represented.
