Fani Willis (Fulton Co DA) says criminal indictments to be released this summer.

EXCLUSIVE: DA says indictment announcement coming this summer in Trump probe

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis on Monday said she would announce this summer whether former President Donald Trump and his allies would be charged with crimes related to alleged interference in Georgia’s 2020 election.

Willis revealed the timetable in a letter to local law enforcement in which she asked them to be ready for “heightened security and preparedness” because she predicted her announcement “may provoke a significant public reaction.”

While this should be completely irrelevant especially since it concerns a decision that Trump made 10 years ago it wouldn't surprise me if Meatball Ron decides to raise it as an issue keeping in mind the way transgender persons apparently trigger the right.
Trump let trans beauty queen compete in Miss Universe, in a potential 2024 GOP primary liability
Trump overrules rejection of transgender beauty queen

when hurricanes get big enough, they create their own weather, and cold fronts, high pressure etc don’t impact them.
That is Trump on the right. If he says tomorrow that trans people need to be treated with respect and it is t a big deal, he wins this fight by default. Because his people won’t care anymore. It’s already happened with about a dozen supposedly conservative virtues.

Trump's Attorney Just Blew Carroll Rape Case: Top Sexual Assault Lawyer (msn.com)

Donald Trump's lawyer Joe Tacopina "threw" the former president's chances of emerging triumphant from the ongoing New York rape trial "out the window" during the cross-examination of plaintiff E. Jean Carroll on Thursday, Michigan attorney Jamie White has told Newsweek.

"The cross-examination of Ms Carroll was the most tone-deaf and shameless cross-examination I have ever seen," White, best known for his work with sexual assault victims, said. "His insinuations were credibly rebuffed by Ms. Carroll. If Mr. Trump had a prayer of coming out on top, his attorney threw it out the window yesterday."
    ...........................
The Michigan attorney has no doubt that Trump will be found guilty in the New York rape trial case. "The next two witnesses will seal Mr. Trump's fate in a civil context," he told Newsweek.

"I expect Ms. Carroll's attorneys to pile on with the Hollywood Access tape and deposition testimony. While the only thing guaranteed in life are death and taxes, I would accept any wager that purports Mr. Trump will not be found liable for raping Ms. Carroll."

in case you missed it, Georgia billionaire megadonor tells pub party that election was fair and he will no longer support Trump and his election lies

“The Jolt: Georgia megadonor tells Trump attorney election was clean” - Election Law Blog

From a donor apparently identified as Tommy Bagwell, to the assembled crowd:

I’m one of the largest donors to Trump in the state of Georgia. Not anymore. But one of the worst things you can do in this stuff is start repeating and promoting stuff that absolutely just didn’t happen. And the Georgia election was pretty damn clean. I’ll defend a lot of it, if you want to, on a sidebar.

But Dominion voting machines connecting to the internet and talking to Chavez is beyond insane. It didn’t happen. We printed hard copy ballots and you got a hard copy of what you electronically voted. You looked at it and when you turned it in, they printed it and said, “Now, you see this is your ballot that you’ve marked, and it’s printed, and it’s counted, and it’s locked.” That was clean. Everything — especially that Mr. Trump promoted — that I heard was roundly and convincingly debunked. The big eruption of the water pipes – no, it didn’t happen. The rollaboard suitcases under the tables – and here we have video of ‘em pulling out – didn’t happen. Those were official locked boxes. I’ve seen high definition, high resolution videos where you zoom in and that was what it was supposed to be. It goes on and on and on. …

Ballots getting mailed out: didn’t happen in Georgia. They don’t mail out ballots, they mail out applications for ballots. So everything that I could – everything I could hear that I could look at and I could talk to different people, not all of ‘em were Democrats – and it was just debunked. . . .

Judge sets deadline after Trumps stop turning over documents in fraud case: report (msn.com)

Forbes reported on Wednesday that Donald Trump and his three eldest children who worked at the Trump Organization have failed to turn over emails and other communications requested in the fraud suit from New York Attorney General Letitia James.

A letter submitted to the court last week revealed “an unexplained drop-off in emails for Ivanka Trump” as another one of the issues for the investigators. The request comes from the fraud investigation into the Trump Organization's business practices. Already, Trump has been forced to pay $110,000 in fines because Judge Arthur Engoron found the former president in contempt because he wouldn't comply with a subpoena.
    ..........................
Ivanka Trump has also replaced her attorneys, though some of the attorneys she was using still represent Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.

Some of the requests from the AG have been granted by the judge, namely that the Trumps submit sworn affidavits on how the collections have worked, what they've done so far and he also set a May 12 deadline to turn over everything outstanding.
