The thing about NY is that 80% of the land is occupied by people that wish NYC was in another state. Unfortunately they only make up about 20% of the population.

 

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t Lesbian Dance Therapy that propelled FL universities to the top.

 

Probably only 10% now. They’re all moving to Charlotte.

Here in Charlotte, I’ll bet half the transplants I know are either from Upstate NY or Long Island. Is anyone left up there! I’ll bet housing is plentiful!

Do you write for the Babylon Bee? I don’t mind trolling if you’re at least clever or funny but when you aren’t either it’s just taxing to read. Like, if your dig isn’t based on any reality it’s not funny. That’s the difference in the Onion and Babylon Bee. The onion you have to read twice to see what’s fake and what’s not sometimes cuz it’s clever.
