That’s an AR problem and not a “thrown in too early problem”

He was also intentionally hurt by UK. Never never never will understand how this wasn’t a bigger deal.

  3. Overall I don't disagree. Just a total coincidence it happened against Kentucky, nothing to see here. Any precedent for UK dirty play or whatnot?

Hmmmmm I can think of something.........

Folks are too busy pushing narratives about AR’s effort and performance vs UK to care about him being intentionally hurt by them

Many times this year, I said he was playing hurt and not many agreed with me. It’s definitely possible that he did not have the ability to make cuts in some games this year. His running ability was necessary for him to be successful because he isn’t a very good passer yet. It’s debatable whether he chose not to run or was playing his health safe. Giving the benefit of doubt for a Gator is a good thing and I want to believe he was playing dinged up a bit. Having said that, he has to get much, much, much better in the pocket to be successful. Running will only shorten his career exponentially and without his legs, he won’t be even minutely successful with his passing as his is.

If AR becomes an NFL star, a lot of people are gonna catch the vapors.

Word. And if it happens, I don’t want to hear the “I knew he could do it, I’m so happy for him” talk either.

That wasn’t even the one I was talking about but thanks for that. It was the 3rd down of our second drive and AR was just trying to get back to the huddle. Then foot tackler (can’t remember who), was the only one on his leg, both teams were heading to scrimmage and he did one of those “lighting a lighter” twists is the best way I could put it.

It worked out for him and Kentucky because it started a season limp for AR and he never looked the same although he got cute and also played like he had something to do all season after that.

To Anthony’s credit, he mentioned it a couple times here and there but I swear to this day he didn’t know if it was intentional, it was.

I'm over AR. He had some spectacular plays but we only won six games last year. He left UF high and dry and was only a sophomore. Trask stuck it out and won a bunch of games only to have several key players opt out late which likely cost us another bowl game.

Hope you enjoyed it, that’s probably more wins than we’ll have next year.

The head coach they just hired, was the OC for the eagles and was a big reason Hurts blossomed last year and why a lot of analysts think the colts are the perfect fit for AR as someone who can maximize his dual threat talents.
