So it’s not a big deal for you so you denigrate those who find the issue to be a problem. How narrow-minded of you.
You dont play the games, you dont have "skin in the game" maybe you should try using expressions correctly to avoid being clowned on
It's an overblown issue that's meant to distract us from the actual evils in the world. That's my take and I'm sticking to it.
No thanks. My take is trans is a strange new phenomenon that strikes people differently depending on where they are in life. There are other issues as well for my consideration. No need to discuss other issues in the trans thread though…unless your too woke to see straight and you’re looking for an off ramp.
Trans is also something you have no 'skin in the game' on either. Maybe you should just let people live their lives instead of fretting over something that literally doesnt affect you and never has.
At which point did I ask you to discuss other issues? I just stated my personal opinion on the relative importance of the Trans movement (if you can even call it that) affecting daily lives of Americans. That's it.
You mentioned that the trans subject was distracting us from the real evils of the world. That comment seems like a big dodge on the subject to me.
I definitely wouldn't believe that you weren't being judgmental. All you do is make judgements about people who disagree with you.
Big Dodge? I stated my opinion on the trans deal. I don't think it's an actual big deal in the daily lives of Americans. I have met one transgender person in my life (a very nice person at Alcoholics Anonymous). How can this be such a big issue if most people have never even encountered them? They make up a microscopic portion of the population, and it will likely always be that way. We are being distracted by design.
They make up a fraction of the population but yet here we all are discussing trans girls competing against normal girls. It’s real. My kids have to listen to counselors at school discuss this stuff as well. Maybe you’re heads stuck in the sand on the issue. Or maybe you don’t have children impacted by the movement.
We are the ones paying for them to play, taking them to the ER, transporting them, coaching them etc. The semantics are being played by you, not Bluke.
Is it being discussed a lot because it affects a lot of people or because conservatives are making a really big deal of it? (I know! I know!)
This is the attitude of people who think they should run the school and decide for everyone simply because their kid is a student.
Folks, knock off the insults and the back and forth. Clean it up. And calling someone a bigot is a no-no. Lets do better.
