That Mitchell footage is a tough watch. Hopefully he wises up and gets a second chance

 

I’m all for 2nd chances but this level of thoughtless stupidity is hard for me to get behind him having one. A former player of his school just ruined his life by ending 2 other lives for doing the same thing.

The list of dumb things I did around that age is a long one, but I never drove a car at 140 mph, evading police… with a loaded gun, a stash of weed and 7k in the car. He needs to be scared straight and have football taken away from him for a VERY long time.

I’m with you, I did a large lot of dumb stuff at that age but nothing anywhere in the stratosphere of the situation he put himself in. I wish him the best. My greatest wish for him is that he’ll find better friends

 

Same here. There's dumb, and then there's "life-altering dumb". I definitely did a lot of dumb stuff, but fortunately had enough sense to not do anything that could potentially ruin my life.

 

Yeah I’m sure it has nothing to do with it. That’s why he chose to leave the school that just produced the best DT in the last two drafts and he was going to start this year. I don’t think USCw is tampering any more than anyone else but don’t act like there wasn’t something in LA you couldn’t get in Athens….maybe Porsches lol

The hard cases are the ones that point and shoot a clip at bystanders, into car windows and home windows ...........for kicks......these days. Those are the real sickos.

 

He’s not going to get in any trouble. This will all be swept under the rug.

 

Well, if they didn’t have fourth fifth and sixth chances, there would be a lot less of it happening.
