If I recall, the legislative referendum on abortion was voted down by the people? Not that it necessarily says anything about this issue, but it's possible that the Kansas legislature is just more conservative than its constituents. I think that's true in Florida to at least some extent.
This is just silly that you guys would feel offended by my post, It is pretty tame in comparison to some of the posts here that kick off the circle jerks most of you complaining love to participate in.
