Men's college basketball transfer rankings for the 2023-24 season
    Last updated: April 20, 2023

    15. Walter Clayton Jr., 6-2, G, Soph., Iona Gaels

    Committed to Florida
The MAAC Player of the Year opted to return home to Florida instead of following Rick Pitino to St. John's. Averaged 16.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists this season, shooting 43.1% from 3.

    30. Micah Handlogten, 7-1, C, Fr., Marshall Thundering Herd
    Committed to Florida
The Sun Belt Rookie of the Year doesn't quite have the offensive game yet, but he's an incredible defensive player and still has three years remaining. Averaged 7.6 points, 9.8 boards and 2.3 blocks.

    86. Tyrese Samuel, 6-10, C, Sr., Seton Hall Pirates
    Committed to Florida
As a proven high-major producer with size, Samuel flew a bit under the radar this past season. He averaged 11.0 points and 5.9 rebounds, helping anchor the Pirates' defense yet again.

    Next in line: ???

    12. Tylor Perry, 5-11, SG, Sr., North Texas Mean Green

He's only listed at 5-foot-11, but Perry earned Conference USA Player of the Year honors and is one of the truly elite shooters in the country. Shot 41.3% from 3 the past two seasons. Averaged 17.3 points.

What about the PF from the Ivy league? Would think he was ranked.

Don't see him ranked in their Top 100 players.
Nor in the group right after them:

Next in line: Caleb Mills, Florida State (MEMPHIS); Jordan Wright, Vanderbilt (LSU); Jalen Cone, Northern Arizona (CALIFORNIA); Isaac Traudt, Virginia (CREIGHTON); El Ellis, Louisville (ARKANSAS); Noah Thomasson, Niagara; Kario Oquendo, Georgia; Kamari Lands, Louisville (ARIZONA STATE); Elijah Fisher, Texas Tech; Clarence O. Daniels II, New Hampshire; John Tonje, Colorado State (MISSOURI); Jamir Watkins, VCU; Essam Mostafa, Coastal Carolina (TCU); Russel Tchewa, South Florida; Great Osobor, Montana State; Anthony Dell'Orso, Campbell; Keshad Johnson, San Diego State; Daeshun Ruffin, Ole Miss; DJ Davis, UC Irvine; Jahmyl Telfort, Northeastern (BUTLER); Alexis Yetna, Seton Hall

Solid group to build with stat-wise. Here's hoping the chemistry is good and can they can play unselfishly.

Thanks, player. That's weird that Jarvis is not included among the top 100 transfers. After watching his tape, I thought he looked pretty darn good down low and from the perimeter. I've got him penciled in as a starter at the four.

Have you checked lately on the number of UK guys that are in the playoffs this year? I heard a pod the other day ranking them for 5 mins. The list just kept going and going, it actually shocked me. Haha

Not that I know of, but he hasn’t committed yet after any of his visits elsewhere.

How sweet would it be if he returned to UF and was a star for Coach Golden? Won't happen, but would be awesome

I think that he would be the perfect point guard for the Gators, but, if Clayton has already been pencilled in as the starting point guard, I can’t see Glover being willing to accept coming off the bench. Glover wants to go to a higher caliber conference in which he can show whether or not he can star at the higher level. I think that he has NBA aspirations as evidenced by his declaring for the draft last year. I also think that he has the tools that the NBA looks for in a point guard nowadays, which is that you can score as well as distribute. However, height is the great equalizer, and Glover doesn’t have it.

On a side note, I believe that BYU will be in the Big 12 beginning this coming season.
