Old Rupert’s either got his adult diapers in a twist because Tucker decided he was untouchable and decided to attack management, or is in panic mode over the lawsuits thinking firing someone is going to help.

Look for DeSantis to fill the “White Power Hour” once he’s out of office.

I don't know if anyone has posted this already, but this is a damned funny headline. Not necessarily a fan of Politico but this is pure genius.

I suspect having a network that no one watches doesn’t exactly make it easier to sell. I don’t know anyone that can stand Hannity or Ingraham anymore, but Tucker actually drew viewers.

The Five is entertaining at times, but still small potatoes compared to Tucker. So, while I get the “lots of people hate him” narrative, in the wash I have a hard time believing that getting rid of far and away your most watched property improves the return from selling your network.

Well, there are a few million white supremacists in this country, and Tucker was definitely their guy.

    Let’s see… $750m / $35m ….. seems like a good return.

Not sure it improves it (although media companies often like to strip out high priced talent right before selling), but they need to figure out a way to lower their liability. I have a hard time believing that the suits won't cost them at least a year's profits before all is said and done. Nobody wants to on-board those sorts of risks.

That said, I am not sure they are looking to sell. They could have sold when they sold a huge chunk of the company to Disney and another huge chunk of the company to Bally's. They chose not to (likely because of the sweet returns from the carriage fees).

I tend to think that this is a matter of trying to milk the next round of carriage fees for as much profitability as possible more than an immediate sale. I expect that messaging is going to get even more closely monitored and centralized to lower their liability. And, as that happens, they don't need to pay people as much to host shows. Then, the old man will likely die, and Lachlan will cash out and head back to Australia with billions more.

If you guys are still watching the MSM theatrics then I feel sorry for you guys whether you are left or right.
All that sh!t is whack. BS whether right or left, CNN and Fox's news shows are toxic. Read your news.

Refraining from the MSM news shows and reading the news (which cuts out 80% bias) may help us find some middle ground.

Like I've stated before hardly ever listen to Tucker but like Bill O'Reilly who still makes over 20 million a year, hasn't suffered at besides a bruised ego. Tucker will do better and rebound quicker
