No, I think all civilians of means have left. But the military would likely put up a stiff fight there. The geography favors the defense.

Brits say “Better you lot than our lot.” In this sort of high intensity conflict the UK would run out of ammo in TWO days.

Ukrainian forces have crossed the Dnipro River for the first time in a while, signalling the beginning of the end of Russia's invasion.

Russia tells citizens to avoid travel to Canada, citing recent attacks on Russian citizens. "If you don't want to be attacked, don't go to Canada. If you do want to be attacked, take Dnipro River Moonlight Cruise in Ukraine. Special price this week: no charge, plus free clothing and weapons. Use special promotion code "Signmeup" on cell phone."

Russia advising citizens to avoid traveling to Canada, citing attacks (yahoo.com)

There was no evidence of any actual attacks on Russians given, but it is believed that Canadians were withholding their famous politeness from Russian visitors, causing great distress in the Kremlin.

Those lovable Russians....20% of the prisoners released from Russian prisons to fight are HIV positive. For now they get identifying bands to wear, but they are promised treatment if they fight.
Also in this video is a story about Russian lawyers filing a lawsuit to declare the breakup of the Soviet Union illegal, meaning all of Ukraine is actually Soviet territory.

Filing a lawsuit with whom? For the “illegality” to be recognized by what court? If Russia “wins” the lawsuit, then are the Baltics and Stans just going to, like, bend over and accept annexation? “Oh, well, boys. They got us now, nice and legal!”

cracks in the Kremlin??...apparently the admiral that was fired had refused to send more sailors to die in the war. I hope he has a first floor room.

Vladimir Putin Fires Top Admiral For 'Insubordination', Refusing To Send Soldiers Into Ukraine (msn.com)

66-year-old Admiral Sergei Avakyants was stripped of his role as commander of the Russian Pacific Fleet amid war games involving nuclear bombers. The orders came directly from the Kremlin.

According to the Volya and Brief channel on Telegram, Avakyants attempted to protect his men from deployment to prevent them from being used as "cannon fodder."

The senior admiral repeatedly resisted or skirted multiple orders to send his men to fight in Ukraine. When forced to do so, Avakyants allegedly dispatched his most misbehaved and unreliable men to the war-torn nation.

A source from the Russian armed forces general staff said the military leader told Admiral Nikolay Yevmenov, the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, that he would not let the fleet be ruined. "His sailors, trained officers, well-coordinated crews, would not be torn apart," the source wrote on Telegram.

China steps in it badly, when their ambassador to France announces that none of the former Soviet states have sovereign status as independent nations, according to international law. Virtually all of the European nations were angered by this ignorance. Many pointed out to the ignorant ambassador that China signed off on the agreement that Ukraine was a sovereign nation in 1991.

No, but these independent countries are: Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Moldova, Georgia, and Kyrgyzstan.

Iran has been shipping artillery shells (over 300,000) and ammunition to Russia via the Caspian Sea. I would be curious to know if Ukraine could be notified of these shipments, and send aircraft out to sink the ships. They are Russian ships, so it's not like Iran would get angry over their ships getting sunk.

Russia to "fall behind" on missile production by a certain season this year, if they live through Ukraine's spring offensive, which is expected to be devastating.

Russia by fall won’t be able to build up even a third of pre-invasion missile stockpile (yahoo.com)

Agree that the Ambassador stepped in it badly. I have a difficult time believing that he was out of step with Chinese policy, though. I think he said out loud, without authority to do so, the way the Chinese government now views the matter now. And that is a very dangerous and disconcerting thing.
