To your very point—after two innings Jac’s pitch count is 61 as Blue continues to call on the black strikes balls in USCe’s favor.

 

Hes actually hitting the inner half on Right handed batters, he just isn't getting the call. I'm not sure why, but that pitch is right where it needs to be.
