I got addicted to reaction videos during the Lockdown. There is a whole industry of reactors on YT.
Black people reacting to Stapleton and NF are a must and are racial, yes, but not racist.
I like seeing country folk react to rappers for the same reason. When music and movies bring people together it's nice.
O&B is just being who he is, leave him to his misery.

NF is an elite talent. My daughter is a huge fan and I took her to see him in Raleigh. 20k fans and a show that was mind blowing.

I used Google and assume NF guy is this rapper I see. Showing my age, the only artist those initials immediately brought to mind was Nelly Furtado, lol.

It's just so cool seeing people listen to something brand new (especially since country music is considered traditionally white) and just fall in love with Stapleton and his music. The eyes getting big and the mouth dropping when he hits a run just makes me so happy. Seeing pure joy in a crappy world is nice for a change.

I enjoyed reaction videos as well but became a bit cynical recently and think most are just faking interest now for views. It is nice to think people from various walks of life are open to and moved by different forms of music many wouldn't expect.

Yeah, the older videos seem more genuine.

Agree. No fillers at all, just great writing. My issues with depression are helped by people like NF. In my opinion, there is no better writer in music. People should check his lyrics even if they don't like his music.

I have whittled them down to just 5 or 6 over time due to this issue. I have found some that hold no punches and will say if they think something is whack w/o hesitation.
The cheerleader reactors are a joke.
Give me your honest take or don't bother at all.

He is a rapper that is also a Christian that writes lyrics about his depression and how to tackle it and uses absolutely zero cuss words. He is loved by many people battling personal demons and self- destructive ways. Check out his video "story" for a movie in four minutes. He is a really good director as well.

Give them Russian Food. It will be really funny. Also, you can ask them to describe how certain meals are prepared from their perspectives. For instance, ask them how to make churros or alfredo sauce. I guarantee they have no idea how to cut a cucumber or other veggies properly. Some children may not have had the opportunity to learn cooking skills, either because their parents do not cook or because they have not been taught in school.

Lol, I’d put money on this poster being a bot @tilly . The other three posts are straight from chatGPT. Probably an AI generated image too.

must really be weird to taste food that’s a heart attack on a plate. Grew up on Cairo, GA fried chicken; collards, mustards, snaps, white acres, black eyes, crackling. I wouldn’t allow that in my house today. To unhealthy.

Other than the fried chicken, what’s wrong with the rest of it? Even fried chicken is probably ok in modest portions and infrequent servings.

How have I only just seen this thread?! Love it!

    Few thoughts...

    1) I've never tried that. Now I want to - it looks good.
    2) Beans on toast is a hill I'm willing to die on, also. It's not gourmet but at the right moment, it works.

    3) Harsh. And fair.

    4) This lad speaks the truth.

    5) I've said to anyone who will listen to me: the States and the UK are culturally quite different. I think because we share a language and many principles/values of a democratic society, people assume it to be closer than it is. Love when people's eyes are opened!

.... final thought. Without digging, I'd love to know which school that is. Those boys are not, in my 20 years of working in education, indicative of a typical Brit teen, who may - shall we say - be slightly less positive and articulate about it all... :D

The channel said they found a London-based chef. My assumption is this was not a public school since they wear uniforms but you’d know better than any of us.
