The big mistake was not consulting me before getting into this whole AI thing. But while you’re here, are you really surprised by more government killings ?
This idiot teenager didn't even have his own gun pulled and aimed where he thought perhaps the potential killer/person answering the door's head would be. If you're just going to knock on a stranger's door to pick up your siblings without being prepared for an instant firefight I don't know how to help you.
Do you have ANY details? Any reasons? I said it’s terrible. I want to know WHY? And no just blaming guns is t an answer. So tell me WHY it happened.
Another gun-related “oopsie Ok So you placed the blame on guns and no where did it say what kind of gun was used. Is it safe to assume that you are against all guns. This could have been an AK 47, a AR15, a Glock, a revolver, a shotgun… we don’t know. We don’t know anything except a teenager was shot. It’s not a gun oldie. The gun didn’t jump up kill that kid. That’s why I asked what happened. Alcohol? Meth? What? So answer the question.. what “common sense gun laws” would have prevented this tragedy short of banning all guns and confiscating all guns. No pithy snarky response. Tell me the answer.
And why is that? We know nothing about what happened except the tragic end. Why in earth did the homeowner kill the kid? Why do we immediately jump to Blame the gun Instead of asking why this happened? So tell me why just my guns?
Why does that fact that this was (another) gun-related oopsie in gun-loving, gun-violent America make you so upset?
Amazing so many would rather jump to immediately blaming guns than ask why this happened. So many details missing. Even the cops don’t know. But so many in this thread are offended and snarky when I ask why? Why did the homeowner shoot the kid? What happened. Does that not seem like an important question? Then why so much demeaning snarky responses. Clearly none of you know or have any details to add… so let’s just all blame the gun instead of finding out what actually happened and why this young man is dead.
Because a young man died. Why are you so focused on the gun instead of why this tragedy happened. Do you not care. I have answered your questions. Any chance at all that you will answer the ones I’ve asked? Or just more snarky responses?
None of your irrelevant questions will reverse this gun-related tragedy in gun-loving America, so I’ll pass on answering them.
Seriously? None of my questions where I tended to reverse anything but to find the reason why they happened. You have proven quite clearly you do not care about why this young man died you just want to score points for your side against guns. Well done. It’s sad and pathetic. But well done. I want to know WHY. What the hell happened on that door step or porch. What caused this tragedy. Since you refuse polite mature debate/discussion we can end this here.
Gotcha To be honest I was a little surprised. You are usually at least willing to discuss the situation/ post/ problem so your quip was unexpected.
No, no details more than what was offered, and we may never know the truth if the shooter was the only witness, who will undoubtedly craft a story about he scared and threatened he felt.
Why are you asking me all of these questions and pressing for details when I have the same amount of information as you do? All I know is this is yet another gun-related oopsie, I don’t know why that truthful quip has you so hot and bothered.
I think what grieves/flabbergasts/amazes so many, myself included, is how frequently firing a gun is the 1st option. We live in an excessively armed, overly medicated, emotionally compromised society some of whom lack the intellect and humanity to solve problems sans guns.
Just wondering how the guy ended up at the wrong place at the wrong time. WRT the shooter, I wonder what happened to cause him to think shooting someone was a good idea.
