Robertson gotta work on bunting. With his speed and the fact that they are absolutely giving him a hit the way they play him for the first two strikes it makes sense.

Not sure I would call him in a slump. Could it be he's approaching things more as a leadoff hitter? I think they said that coming into today's game he's reached base 30 times in our last 9 games. That's really good!

I know I was being a bit facetious but 0-6 is a slump for Wyatt which tells you what a great player he actually is.

 

Earlier, Dellmonte or a Cardozo said they believe Josh is the best shortstop in the country. It would be hard to argue against that.

 

Agree with that. And it's true that he's not been clubbing the ball like we've grown used to seeing him do. Been a while since he's homered, I think. By his standards, I guess he might see it as a mini-slump.
