Tomorrow morning I’m standing between the mound and 2nd base with a bucket of balls and a fungo—and Mr. Robinson would know how to catch a fly ball against the fence—WITH NO FEAR!

I’ll roll w Slater and Nesbitt. Neely completely fell apart tonight.
If we lose this is a really bad loss. Neely completely lost confidence. 35 pitch inning maybe 40.

 

I'd rather you teach Sully how to make a timely pitching change.

 

He’s a young kid giving his best effort. Our veteran got shelled. In a year maybe making those catches but Neely didn’t have it tonight. Neither did Abner.
