My whole purpose in posting in this thread was to see if there was a way I could watch the spring game tonight. And I found a way to do it. Now I'm out of here and I'll leave you people to yourselves.
Last year I was in Montréal when the Utah game was on. They have like one big chain of sports bars there so I went happy in the knowledge that I would see the game. When I arrived several other games were on (ABC and such) so I politely asked for them to show it on ESPN, they murmured ok and left me. 5 minutes later still no game. I flagged him down he said he’d check with the manager. 5 more minutes they show up and explain ESPN isn’t available in Canada Like why couldn’t you tell me that in the first place. Go back to the hotel to watch it on my ESPN app on my I pad. Nope! Geo blocked. Canada was already a no go zone after September but I’ve pushed it back to August. Had to constantly update CBS game tracker…
Won’t help you out at a bar, but you can use something like nordvpn or nortonvpn to change where your ip says you are located. Works for those trying to watch other out of market sporting events. Most common with blacked out or regional nfl games. That’s all quite a bit trickier than logging into the espn app though.
Both defenses are looking better to me. A lot of speed and aggressiveness out there with the young players.
