How is ignoring what Lapado did part of making an educated decision? You didn't even read the article the first several times it was posted. The last few times you insisted it was all about the whistleblower despite literally none of it being about the whistleblower and entirely based on primary sources.

You are making it real hard to take you seriously here.

It all goes back to the fake complaint. These doctors did not like that a portion of something was left out. It would not have changed the guidance given. The correct guidance at that.

Not a fake complaint. We don't know who the whistle blower was, and why he/she wishes to remain anonymous. But the complaint revealed a truth that early drafts of Lapado's report contained the study showing different results, and that Lapado didn't include that study in the final report when he made his recommendation.

Lapado also made the wrong recommendation based on further studies that have come out recently. All showing risk of cardiac issues are much higher from infection than from vaccination.

We can disagree about the existence of a virus but agree things like this school are utter stupidity.

My only point is that neither side is convincing the other and it's just like watching that gif I posted at this point.

The complaint was dismissed because the complaintant would not answer questions. Hence it was baseless. Sadly the baseless complaint with no merit is being used by the media to peddle propaganda. Propaganda you are eating up.

We need to hold people accountable for this nonsense.

Journalists obtained primary sources, the draft versions of the report. By comparing the draft versions to the final product, we can see that information was left out of the final report. The information that was left out of the final report contradicted the conclusions reached by Ladapo.

The compliant was dismissed by the state, but because the whistle blower decided to remain anonymous. Not because the complaint lacked merit. The complaint, in fact, had merit. Lapado did originally have the results from the contrarian study in the original drafts of his report. But in the final report, Lapado omitted the results of the contrarian study.

You are attacking the messenger, because you can't attack the message, which contains factual information. Lapado was wrong to not include the study with results that differed from his suggested course of action. A good scientists doesn't leave out information that doesn't fit his/her conclusion just because. That's poor science. Lapado should have included the study and make his recommendations only temporary, with potential revisions to come as more studies get concluded, and more, peer reviewed information becomes available.

But had Lapado done that, he might now be forced to reconsider his recommendations. Because again, every study concluded since the Lapado report has found the same thing. Risk of cardiac issues from infection are significantly higher than risk from COVID. But if you only followed Lapado, you wouldn't know these facts.

Projection at it’s finest. You all are free to get as many jabs as you would like. Get them for your whole families, hell even give them to your infant children and grandchildren. Just don’t ever come around telling others that they need to as well so that you can feel better about yourselves.

The absolute crap that the Idiot Fauci peddled as science did not qualify as science in any definition of the word.

And you're free to not get the jab but the state Surgeon General should at least give you the information that you'll be 5 times more likely to have cardiac issues so you can factor that into your decision.

A study showing that a disease may contribute to a higher incidence rate is irrelevant for a shot that has a guaranteed incident rate and does not stop one from getting the disease. It does not contradict the conclusions at all. The correct conclusion was finally made compared the ridiculous advice and guidance that had been given prior. It was good to see a leader actually perform well at their job for once. And Ladapo has rightly stood behind the report and his conclusions even though they differ from some others.

LOL...from the far right leaning politico.

"The inspector general’s office opened the investigation in November after it received the complaint and later closed it at an undisclosed date after the complainant didn’t respond to follow-up questions regarding the accusations, according to state documents that include a copy of the original complaint."

Florida Surgeon General Joe Ladapo investigated for allegedly falsifying Covid report - POLITICO

File a complaint and do not respond to questions about the complaint. That right there is a baseless and likely malicious. Glad we have a leader in Ladapo who is not backing down from this nonsense as well.

Doesn't change the facts. Lapado include the data from the study that contradicted his recommendation in the original drafts. But did not include the study in the final report he released. These facts are incontrovertible. The fact the whistle blower didn't want to reveal him/herself and face questions does not change these facts.
