Vaccine efficacy arguments meaningless. On the other hand, most Americans are moving on from them.

No, this all stems from analysis of the draft versions of Ladapo's study. From the article:
Now, draft versions of the analysis obtained by the Tampa Bay Times show that this recommendation was made despite the state having contradictory data. It showed that catching COVID-19 could increase the chances of a cardiac-related death much more than getting the vaccine.

That data was included in an earlier version of the state’s analysis but was missing from the final version compiled and posted online by the Florida Department of Health. Ladapo did not reference the contradictory data in a release posted by the state.

The Times’ records request asked for all previous versions of the state analysis made public on Oct. 7. The documents show that, before the final version was released, at least five drafts had been produced. One version included a data table showing the number of cardiac-related deaths from infection. The conclusion in four of the drafts provided a counterpoint to Ladapo’s assertion about the vaccine.

Four epidemiologists who reviewed the drafts said the omission is inexplicable and flawed from a scientific standpoint. They said that, based on the missing data, Ladapo’s recommendation should be rescinded.

I don’t know why my previous response with the 4 paragraphs copied and pasted is not showing…

But the complaint filed against Ladapo was by an anonymous source that would not even answer questions about the complaint. Baseless!

Florida Surgeon General Joe Ladapo investigated for allegedly falsifying Covid report

Catching Covid-19 can lead to heart problems.

    Fact-Checked: False.

You can’t get heart problems from something that doesn’t exist.

The answer is simple. Genetics. If you have a host cell infected by a virus, and a cell of the same organism not infected, both cells will have the same genetic sequence. But the infected cell will also have the genetic sequence of the virus. The infected cell will also be producing more viral cells with the viral genetic sequence, whereas the uninfected cell will not. So either A) something has altered the infected cell and it is a separate creature from before because it now is producing new genetic viral material. Or B) the virus is doing what 99.9999% of biologists know what viruses can do.

Ladapo had it right. No young healthy male should have taken these shots. They should have never been given EUA. But that is a different discussion.

Doesn't change the facts presented by @philnotfil that earlier drafts of the guidance had mentions of the studies that showed cardiac events from COVID happen at a significantly higher rate than cardiac events from the vaccine. And ultimately, Lapado left these studies out in the final version he released. Good scientists don't ignore data that doesn't fit their conclusions. Quacks do that.

The article I linked is based on the actual work done on Ladapo's study, it doesn't have anything to do with the anonymous complaint.

The original allopathic physicians - read: doctors - were known as quacks. They gained prominence over naturopaths only threw power politics and money.

In fact, the original chief editor of JAMA practiced medicine with a mail diploma.

Baseless, my ass. More likely fear of reprisal from a petty, vindictive, but powerful excuse for a man.
It's clear what Ladapo did. It's equally clear you lack the intellectual honesty to acknowledge anything that doesn't fit into your alternate reality version of the facts.

Ladapo had to ignore data to reach that conclusion. Do you believe that doctors and public health officials should ignore data to get to the conclusions they want?

The shots do not stop you from getting Covid. At all…

No one died of non-existent Covid. All deaths were due to age-old causes, including medical error, and were classified as Covid deaths.

To say that the shots don’t prevent you from getting Covid is to say that they do not prevent you from testing positive via a wholly fraudulent test.

Not true. The bivalent booster offers about 45% immunity from disease. Which is just under the 50% needed for a vaccine to be considered effective. But what the booster does very effectively is prevent serious cases, hospitalizations, and deaths.

And none of this changes the fact that the early drafts of Lapado's release had the data from the studies that contradicted Lapado's suggestion. And in the final draft, these studies that showed cardiac events from infection occur at a much higher rate than cardiac events from the vaccine were nowhere to be seen.

For those following along at home, notice the change of subject. This is what people often do when they recognize they were wrong, but unwilling to admit it.

It is possible that this poster changed the subject because they misread the post or meant to reply to another post.

It’s clear that we all were correct about Ladapo from the beginning and now that it’s been proven he’s a fraud Q just can’t admit to it. His arrogance won’t allow him to. Sad.

Lapado is wrong, albeit less wrong than his rabid detractors.*

*the rage directed at Lapado merely an extension of DDS - DeSantis Derangement Syndrome.

This all goes back to the complaint filed late last year. Nothing proves Ladapo did anything wrong.

He provided guidance based on the information he had. Trying to guide healthy people that did not need a shot to take one that does not even prevent them from getting the disease (we were well past even the original omicron at that point)…is terrible public health policy and bad medicine.

It is mind boggling how bad some are at their jobs! Thank goodness the majority of doctors are following Ladapo and not the idiots at the cdc and fda at this time.
