Nefve breaks for 5-3, serving for his match
    Grant gets to 3-4
Greif collapsing at end of both sets, 2-5 and he will be done shortly

GREAT outing for Nefve, he closes it out
Greif loses 4 straight and his match

All down to Grant, he had a break point at 3-4 but couldn't convert. Serving at 3-5, got to hold and get the break

Grant unable to hold serve...UT wins

UT is the better team, UF just struggles to win key points. Loved the doubles effort today, Nefve with an epic win.
Hindsight, but I would just sacrifice Nate at 3 in these matches. He can't win at 4 and now beaten badly at 5. Braswell is outgunned at 3, give him a chance at 4 and Greif a better shot to win playing at 5.

It's always tough to lose to an SEC rival, but I can tell you that every one of our guys gave their all on court Friday night. The doubles played was as good as I have ever seen at the Ring Tennis Center in Gainesville. Tennessee was the better team, but we put them through the ringer all night long. The highlight in singles was the win by Axel Nefve over Johannus Monday, who is currently ranked number two in the nation. It was a career win for Axel, and his play all night was just phenomenal. The murders row continues Sunday when we take on Georgia. The dawgs shut out a very good South Carolina team in Columbia Friday night. So things get even tougher for the Gators!

Yep, we knew this stretch was coming....unfortunately UT has hit their stride after scuffling early
I'm certainly not optimistic re UGA match. Currently in a 3 way tie for 7th in the SEC and an underdog in 3 remaining matches. Tough

Yes it is tough, but that's reality this season.
