Baseball Around the SEC, Week 7 (3/30 - 4/4/23)

Gamecocks have quite a team. Looking forward to driving down there from Charlotte in mid-April when the Gators visit Columbia

 

we will see what kind of team we have when we play lsu in Columbia next weekend.

that one will be a true test.

 

After this weekend things begin to get real for S. Carolina. 6 of their last 7 series are against ranked teams (LSU, UF, Arky, UTjr, VU and UK).

Vols have put up 10 in first 2 innings, trying to avoid the broom in BR.. 10-1

Btw, Kentucky rolling again, up 7-0 in the 3rd vs Mizzou. Looking like they are legit.

 

Maybe,,but going to take beating someone better than MS, Bama, Mizz to sell me..lol and UGa next week..geez. Gets real for them after that, so they better pad the record now.

 

Not SEC, but I see ur Noles are losing again to Miami. Only down 2 in the 6th, (2-0) so still hope to get that record back to .500 today. 12-13

 

My Noles?? Much more Martin(s) fan than Noles. Played t-ball/LL w/ Meat, went to the camps etc.
Probably krama for the quick hook on Meat to get 'their guy" that they could of got when hired Meat..

Certainly appears the post season streak is over. Who is currently 2nd longest?? UF has to be up there, unless I forgetting a miss last 20 years or so.

 

Bama up 4-0 on Hogs. The amount of scoring so far surprises me. Bama winning series wouldnt ,,still think they are pretty good,, and still not your typical Hogs IMo,,plus the pitching injuries.

4-3 now ..prefer Ark to take 2 ..lol
