Hypothetically lets pretend he's imprisoned. Do you think he would be allowed by the GOP to let him run/serve as president while behind bars? I don't. Tiny D has nothing to gain by attacking trump at this juncture.

because he is now owned by the GOP. The MAGA crowd has taken notice and they have no interest in the Rove, Bush, McConnell, P. Ryan crew. Zero interest. MAGA hates RINO's.

Fortunately for us MAGA represents less than 20% of the electorate are are dying off quickly! The rest of us have no time for them!

Reading these “charges” it’s an even bigger joke than I anticipated. Did grads from Barry law school research this?

It depends on the evidence. It's obvious Trump is guilty of the misdemeanor of falsifying the records. But how does the DA connect this to a second crime/election to prove this is a felony? I've heard the that Cohen has texts and recordings of Trump saying to withhold payment to Daniels in case it looks like Trump was going to lose. Reason being, if Trump lost, no reason to pay Daniels and keep the story quiet. Still, Cohen isn't the best of witnesses and one would hope the DA has more than just Cohen.

I'm sure that some said the same thing about the tax charges against Capone after he had done so much worse

Can't remember where. But there are call recordings confirmed by this timeline. And part of the recording of Trump and Cohen talking about payments supposedly has Trump telling Cohen to wait to pay to see if it is necessary. This evidence never came to light because Cohen plead guilty, but likely one of the reasons Cohen did plea guilty to basically the exact felony Trump has been charged with.

I went to an accredited law school and passed the bar first try. Also paid my own way through. I know this will be foreign to you but it can be done.

Not really passing the bar is pretty easy 70% do it first time. It’s why we have so many (relatively impoverished) two bit lawyers. I passed the CPA all four parts in one sitting ~ 10% do that (at least then)

you sure don’t seem to know anything about the law but maybe you are a “sooper jenius”

incidently I could have done a joint JD/MBA program would have been a extra year. I thought it wasn’t worth it. I was right.

You should have gone for the joint JD/MBA. There were a lot of dipshits in my law school class; you’d of fit right in.

I find the law as interesting as a box of ticks. Might feel different if I was a career criminal like Trump, but I’m not.

Respectfully, you don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s hardly a joke. I don’t know the ultimate outcome, obviously, but a serious cause of action is stated. I sure wouldn’t want to be so charged.
