Keyshon just said he would pay someone 40M because if they way they look in gym shorts. Nothing in his film apparently moves him.

If he was a WR that played two years and put up big numbers, sure, those are impressive. He's a QB and he won't last the season if he runs a get hit by NFL players.

There is a much longer video on YouTube, can’t post it here. Denny appeared to be running the drills, no surprise.

    Gotta love AR. Great kid!!

In the right offense he could be really good.

We were worse than 100th in the nation in drops. Even if some were in AR that is still devastating for an offense

No doubt that even a single drop or errant pass at the wrong time in a series can be drive killers. Didn't even know they kept official stats on drops. Who makes that judgement and records it? If a ball goes off the tip of the fingers, is that a drop? I mean, that's kind of like a hit-vs.-error call in baseball, but, there are official scorekeepers assigned with that duty in baseball. Not questioning that we had too many drops... we definitely did.

The passes you’re trying to catch factors in to drops also. It’s not like we’re we’re dropping a bunch of five yard slants that were perfectly thrown. That part is a shared deficiency.

Wonder how many examples of AR have existed in the NFL:

A very highly rated and talented player at a top div 1 program who played minutes but who greatly underachieved at the college level but went on to have a successful NFL career?

In my opinion he just doesn't throw a very catchable ball -- accuracy issues, throws ball to hard at times, lacks touch, deep ball passes often had too much air underneath them, struggled to read defenses and go through progressions.

NFL offensive gurus love new toys on offense to tinker with. AR definitely has his flaws, but there is some coordinator out there who believes they have with it takes to improve this kid's accuracy and put him in an offense that maximizes his talents.

I'm glad they understand what I have been saying all along with regard to AR's accuracy and game play. This past year was his first year as a starter he only started in 13 games total in college and this was a brand new system for him. That means he's straight up RAW...

He'll get better too, and Dan Orlofsky also pointed out that AR's completion percentage is not reflective of he being inaccurate. He pointed out several perfect passes that we dropped by our receivers. I totally forgot about that... many would have been TDs too.

The perfect place for AR would be behind a seasoned veteran that has one or two more years left on his contract. Or with an organization with a great QB coach/mentor.

In the end I do think he will be better than any of the other QBs in this year's draft.

The question is which team will draft him. And, which team will take all information above into consideration when draft day comes around.

If what you think is true, there’s no doubt he should be the number one overall pick.

Having said that, we still don't know if he will ever be more accurate. But he will be picked within the top five picks.

Rick, any thoughts on his ability to read defenses at the next level?

Man, that's hard to tell becasue his first 3 years he learned Mullen's offense. He was okay in it, but I can't tell with his one year + a game or two in a new system if he's going to understand complex NFL defensive coverage's and schemes.

He will be a total wildcard. I hope you're not betting money on a certain outcome with him. Lol.

With some time and the right system, he should do okay, but I would have to look more into his Mullen days to really see if he can read the defenses well enough to thrive in the NFL. Lord knows he has all the physical tools to be great.

I saw his LSU game with Mullen coaching him in his system... Some great passes and TDs.

And then there's the UGA game where he got stripped of the ball after forward progress should have killed the play. The refs sucked in that game, Richardson was stopped and the play should have been called dead. Instead they stripped the ball and you saw the rest.

We were 3 points down with 3 minutes to go till halftime and we fell apart before the half which essentially killed our chances to keep the game close.

Some of last year and the year before were our crappy defense and our inability to stop anyone, much of that blame I assign to the schemes and the DCs. But that's over now and we have a new year... without AR.

The inconsistency really pissed me off last year. All I can say is that I think he was injured and we had NO ONE to replace him with after that other QB got arrested for being a dumbazz.

Two years from now he should be either good... or inconsistent.

If Stroud and Young were gone, I wouldn’t take a qb with a top 5 pick. I’m not even sure I would take Young unless I was desperate which they clearly are.

Let’s ramble about the 5* receivers that just flipped to us. Much more worthy conversation.
